discs spinning

Long haired freaky people need not apply but despite all good intentions I never went to any of Bert’s shows. They all seem the same after so many, unfulfilling in too many ways. We stopped by the End from time to time, to meet a friend, have a drink. She’s the kind I like to flaunt, take to dinner and shows went on, the Titan in an oversized cowboy had discs spinning but we never came on the right night or at the proper hour. Singing in public had lost the promise of insight into myself I had gone searching for and the crowd had completely changed.
