Light

Sunlight streams through a forest of leaves
Freckles of summer caress in warm tease
She unfastens her blouse in shy modesty
Tenders her love by exposing her heart

He smiles in anxious anticipation
To witness the flush of her creamy white breast
An August breeze blows, stealing soft kisses
Tickles her soul with a fresh tenderness

He touches her, loving the moment in madness
A cloud brushes past to shroud them in shadows
She gasps to discover the hunger inside him
A brook rushes softly to reach distant oceans

A storm swells in the distance, in power and passion
Lovers and living breathe the rumble of chaos
Fierce sensual gladness released, lost and restored
Turning forever as day moves to moonlight
